On 27 March 2025, child rights advocates gathered together and celebrated the gains of their efforts to fight the Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Children Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM). Para sa mga bata, kasama ang mga bata has been the mantra of the concluding ceremony of the 4-year Global Program initiative implemented by Stairway Foundation Inc. 

At the Global Program Partners’ Conference 2025, the Department of Social Welfare and Development Academy, along with various institutions and organizations, showcased and discussed the fruits of their endeavors to continue raising awareness and preventing the OSAEC and CSAEM in the country. As regards Policy Advocacy, Division Chief Rosylyn Arnigo explained the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program's (4Ps) existing child protection policy and how this policy impacts the 4Ps beneficiaries and personnel.

Capacity Building, on the other hand, e-learning as the mechanism for capacitating front-liners who strengthen child protection has started rolling as part of the efforts of the DSWD ACADEMY through the e-learning of Child Sexual Abuse Prevention (CSAP) through the Academy’s learning management system

The DSWD KM Portal is a dynamic facility founded to promote the development and sharing of knowledge within the DSWD and its partners. The Portal has vast collection of DSWD Knowledge Products (KPs) and other learning resources on social welfare and social protection.
