The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office Caraga launched its virtual program dubbed as Project DIVA or the DSWD-Caraga Institute and Virtual Academy which serves as the official hub for all the regional institutional development and capacity building activities for both internal and external partners. The virtual program was initiated by FO Caraga’s Capacity Building Section (CBS), together with the Learning and Development Section (LDS) to provide a venue where the audience can learn, explore, talk, and connect with different speakers on relevant topics about the Department. 

The DIVA Unfolds series aired its first episode on June 26, 2021 focused on the Mandanas-Garcia Ruling or the Devolution. The program featured several regional officials such as the OIC-Regional Director, Mr. Ramel F. Jamen and the OIC-Assistant Regional Director for Operations, Mr. Jean Paul S. Parajes to share the most vital information about the devolution. The upcoming show this January will be its seventh episode. 

The program is hosted by Ms. Anafe A. Lecciones, Training Specialist, streams every last Friday of the month from 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN on their official Facebook Page, DSWD Caraga Institute and Virtual Academy. The viewers can also have the chance to win exciting prizes as they watch via livestream.  The previous episodes can be watched on their Facebook page to catch up on other informative discussions. 

The DSWD KM Portal is a dynamic facility founded to promote the development and sharing of knowledge within the DSWD and its partners. The Portal has vast collection of DSWD Knowledge Products (KPs) and other learning resources on social welfare and social protection.
