The DSWD Academy conducts its Capacity Building on Knowledge Management (KM) with the theme, KM for Innovation and Productivity. Forty KM-designated staff attend this activity that runs from 21-25 April 2025 in Coron, Palawan.
Different topics such as KM Framework, Knowledge Product (KP) Development, Intellectual Property Policy, Knowledge-Sharing Session (KSS), Knowledge Exchange Center, KM Portal, Technical Assistance Portal, and DSWD Handbook of Style are being discussed by the resource persons from the DSWD Academy-Knowledge Management Division. Workshops on reviewing KPs and KSS are also conducted for this four-day activity. This activity also aims to facilitate the promotion and standardization of different KM interventions integrated in the operation of social welfare and development programs and services of the Department
