| LXD 101: Training of Trainers and Coaching Sessions on Designing Learning Experiences for Social Welfare and Development (SWD) Programs and other Support Initiatives | LXD 101 is a three-part learning engagement that will be held from June 13-July 15 and implemented through a blended learning methodology. As such, this workshop for internal staff will be focusing on enhancing Communication Strategies and Plan Development for Devolved SWD Programs. During the workshop, there will be Field Validation and Coaching Sessions, and Learning Experience Design Development. This LDI aims to support learning and enable the integration of communications plans as well as the application of the concepts and tools essential in designing learning experiences. |
