Social Protection Handbook, A Guide for Philippine Localities: Mainstreaming Social Protection in Local Development Planning for Implementers

The Social Protection (SP) Handbook provides guidance to policy-makers and implementers of social protection programs and projects at the local level from the planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating in an effort to harmonize social protection efforts in the country. This Handbook integrates concepts of risk mitigation along with convergence in its discussion of the different phases of program management at the local level.
