With the Corona Virus Disease 2019 or COVID-19 that struck the country, the Department of Social Welfare and Development remains faithful to its mandate to provide aid for the poor, vulnerable, and disadvantaged sectors through the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) in which emergency cash subsidy were given to qualified families. With this COVID-19 incident, DSWD Field Office 1 (DSWD FO 1) implements the Incident Command System (ICS) where the Quick Response Team (QRT) is called the Incident Management Team (IMT) with sections, units, divisions, and strike teams as part of its structure.
