This sub-manual provides guidance on the procedures and steps in facilitating activities to implement the Community-Based Response to COVID-19 Additional Financing for the National Community-Driven Development Project (NCDDP-AF) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), in all municipalities and barangays covered by the Project.
