The good practice, Tulong Angkop sa PAnTawid (TAPAT), is a functional assessment tool initiated by the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) of Field Office II that strengthens the support mechanism and collaborative interventions to ensure adoption and sustainance of the projects and services under the Program by the local government units (LGUs).

The Field Office was able to successfully utilize this unique tool in February 2024 to address concerns of non-existence, unaligned, or inconsistent implementation of the Program within the Region II. With this TAPAT functional assessment tool, compliance to the requirements of the Program through issuances of local ordinance by the LGUs increased and the impact of the Program has been felt by its beneficiaries.
