Marillac Hills-National Training School for Girls, a facility under the Department of Social Welfare and Development, has been supporting individuals affected by abuse and exploitation in the Philippines for over 50 years. The center addresses court-related cases and psychological trauma through comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions.

As part of the provision of services to the residents of Marillac Hills, the center has established the Talent Management program. The Talent Management program helps to nurture the talents and skills of the residents in a way that also boosts their self-confidence, productivity and performance in the center.
