"Malinis na Kapaligiran, Ligtas na Pamayanan": KALAHI-CIDDS KKB Hygiene Promotion in Cagayancillo, Palawan

In this good practice documentation, the proponents together with the community integrated the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) component to complement and maximize the benefits of the Water Desalination Reverse Osmosis project. The Participatory Hygiene and Sanitation (PHAST) approach was adopted for the WASH component to improve community hygiene practices to prevent waterborne diseases and empower the community to manage water and sanitation facilities.
