The "Mapagkalingang Serbisyo Wasto at Diretso - Municipal Social Welfare and Development Management Information System (MSWD-MIS)" of Real, Quezon was established as a means to harmonize the transactions being facilitated by its MSWD Office. Through this revolutionized information system, the municipality was able to digitalize its social welfare and development (SWD) services such as the Assistance for Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS); Death Benefits Distribution; Social Case Study Reports; and other MSWD services.
The implemeniation of the MSWD-MIS Project is anchored on the legal imperatives that prioritize efficiency, transparency, and inclusivity in public services. As the Philippines continuously advocates for the modernization of public services, the e Government Master Plan (eGMP} seeks to establish a holistic and integrated approach to making government services accessible online.
