What are common topics of the LDIs?

Based on previous data, some of the LDIs conducted in the past have concentrated on blended learning, implementation, program management and navigation of collaboration tools and technical platforms in the context of new normal, among others. The topics of Learning Development Interventions (LDIs), however, are usually formulated and designed depending on the identified needs of the stakeholders through environmental scanning and learning needs assessment sessions. A design process is usually carried out to ensure that the topics of the LDIs would contribute to the achievement of the session objectives and goals.
