Aside from trainings, what are the other modes of interventions along learning and development?

Apart from training, other modes of interventions that are usually being conducted to support and facilitate learning and development are seminars, workshops, skills enhancement sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities. In general, these activities are systematically designed to increase and build the knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSAs) of the workforce needed in an organization to boost the organization's workforce capabilities.

The DSWD KM Portal is a dynamic facility founded to promote the development and sharing of knowledge within the DSWD and its partners. The Portal has vast collection of DSWD Knowledge Products (KPs) and other learning resources on social welfare and social protection.
