The Baloy Im’Imanan Project is a community-driven initiative in Talaingod, Davao del Norte, that established makeshift classrooms to restore educational access for Ata-Manobo children following the closure of local schools in 2019. Led by the DSWD in collaboration with local stakeholders, the project successfully reduced student travel times from over three hours to just 15 minutes, supporting 820 enrollees across six remote sitios. By providing safe, accessible learning spaces, the initiative directly supports the 4Ps program's attendance goals, promotes IP rights, and contributes to regional peace and development
