The three-day learning session on the Intellectual Property Policy in the Government Setting is intended for the Information Officers and Knowledge Management focals in the DSWD Offices, Bureaus, Services, and Units (OBSUs) and Field Offices (FOs). This activity aims to provide guidance on how the DSWD can develop its Intellectual Property Policy based on the Republic Act No. 8293 or Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. An IP expert from the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines will serve as a resource person in this learning session.
