DSWD Knowledge Management (KM) Portal

The DSWD KM Portal is a dynamic facility founded to promote the development and sharing of knowledge within the DSWD and its partners. The Portal has a vast collection of DSWD Knowledge Products (KPs) and other learning resources on social welfare and social protection. It is a multi-faceted approach to managing and sharing print, digital, and audio-visual materials that are user-centered and responsive to the needs of the learning community.

The DSWD KM Portal's website is an interactive and virtual facility designed to provide learning opportunities across borders with its downloadable resources, and databases of communities of practice (CoP).

Baguio City, 15 September 2025 – The Department of Social Welfare and Development–Cordillera Administrative Region (DSWD-CAR) formally relaunched its Regional Learning and E-Learning Resource Center (RLRC) at the DSWD-CAR Training Center, 40 North Drive, Baguio City.
